ASTI owns a 75% equity interest in the Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed subsidiary, Dragon Group International Limited, and a 40% equity interest in the Singapore Exchange Catalist-listed subsidiary, Advanced Systems Automation Limited.

ASTI’s Business Network is illustrated as below.

The ASTI Group has over 56 subsidiaries and associated companies in 12 countries and 32 cities.  It has 17 manufacturing factories and production areas, 6 R&D centers as well as 45 sales offices worldwide. Listed in the Singapore Exchange, it has approximately 6,000 shareholders, and over 100 patents in vision system, packaging technologies and electromechanical systems. The ASTI Group has a total staff strength of 2,000 staff.

The key growth strategy of the Group is to develop its presence as a pan-Asian provider of technology solutions. The Group strategically positioned itself to deliver strategic, sustainable and scalable growth through organic growth and selective mergers and acquisitions.

Asia is a key market for the Group.  Its growth is spearheaded by its strategically located headquarter in Singapore. The headquarter is the brain behind the technological innovations, research & development efforts, manufacturing excellence and technical support of the group’s products and services. It oversees its subsidiaries in different parts of the world, opening up opportunities presented by the global business network it has created. It also leads the journey that the group has embarked on in mergers and acquisitions.
