ASTI has a controlling equity interest in the Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed subsidiary, Dragon Group International Limited, and a significant equity interest in the Singapore Exchange Catalist-listed subsidiary, Advanced Systems Automation Limited.

Globally, the ASTI Group has 4 research and development centers, 13 factories and 25 sales offices. ASTI Group operations are located in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Korea, the United States of America and the United Kingdom. ASTI Group has a library of more than 100 patents in vision systems, semiconductor assembly technologies and electromechanical systems.

The key growth strategy of the Group is to develop its presence as a pan-Asian provider of technology solutions. The Group strategically positioned itself to deliver strategic, sustainable and scalable growth through organic growth and selective mergers and acquisitions.

Asia is a key market for the Group. Its growth is spearheaded by its strategically located headquarter in Singapore. The headquarter is the brain behind the technological innovations, research & development efforts, manufacturing excellence and technical support of the group’s products and services.
